Beef, Pork, Sheep, Bison

Double R Meats provides the service of butchering a variety of domestic animals such as beef, hogs and sheep as well as bison. Because our establishment is not equipped with a kill floor, we are prepared to butcher on the customer’s farm. We supply all the equipment needed to successfully butcher an animal except for the loader tractor. The tractor is needed to raise the animal off the ground so it can be skinned without getting dirty and then split into quarters. The tractor is also used to lower the quarters onto the pickup.

We do on-farm butchering in most of southwestern North Dakota. For customers who live more than 60 miles away, their animals can be hauled to Carson and then butchered on the farm of one of our local, cooperating farmers.
