Double R Meats is one of few custom processing plants
in southwestern North Dakota. Custom processing includes cutting and wrapping as well as sharp freezing
to maintain quality and freshness. We guarantee quality processing which
keeps our customers 100% satisfied.

Beef: Custom processing of either home-grown or USDA inspected beef includes
cutting and wrapping select cuts such as roasts, steaks and ribs, tenderizing
round steaks, cutting stew meat, grinding trimmings for ground beef and
making any selected sausages or jerky.
Pork: Custom processing of either home-grown or USDA inspected pork includes
cutting roasts, pork chops, and spare ribs, curing and smoking hams, bacons
and pork chops, grinding trimmings for ground pork and making any selected
sausages.
Mutton: Custom processing mutton includes cutting and wrapping selected
cuts such as chops and roasts, grinding trimmings for ground mutton and
making any selected sausages.
Poultry
Double R Meats is not in the business of butchering any
type of poultry but is happy to provide the service of curing and
smoking your home-grown poultry. Many returning customers bring their
cleaned poultry into the meat shop as they have found smoked chicken,
turkey, pheasant, etc. becomes a succulent treat when cured and smoked
properly.
