Beef products available include:
 Lean Ground Beef: Our ground beef is 85% to 90% lean as we trim
it and grind it ourselves. One can always expect to have lean, fresh burger
as it is trimmed and ground on a daily basis. There is no minimum to order
and we package each order to our customer’s specification.
  Beef Roasts: Tender, juicy chuck roasts and top round roasts are
custom cut in a variety of sizes to accommodate anyone’s needs.
 Beef Steaks: Mouth-watering steaks are custom cut to any thickness.
Rib-eyes, T-bones, sirloin and top-round are all available for any hearty
steak dinner or grilling party.
